Dual purpose time attack standing mile car.

Cliffsnotes: Vortech V7-Ysi supercharger, everything is built (by an engineer at that), and runs on E85. The car ran something like 208mph at Maxton.

this car is similar. fully built VRT. ran 208.1 at the texas mile, runs consistent 10's(?), and is daily driven to boot.
